City View Lofts is a historical landmark with an ornate marble exterior and a completely remodeled interior. The hallways are tall, bright and clean with polished concrete floors, concrete columns, lots of lighting and walls painted flat white throughout. The building has two newly built hydraulic elevators (regular and freight) that connect to the basement. In the basement, there is assigned parking for each unit, extra storage units, and storage rooms that are currently used as music studios. Finally, the roof has a comfy rooftop patio with amazing expansive views of Downtown Los Angeles (including the new Ritz-Carlton and Staples Center). |
